Listing details for 9811 W Blue Ridge Dr, Sun City, AZ 85351 : NEW PRICE! Located in the very desirable QUAIL RUN neighborhood. No longer recognizable from its original Stuyvesant model beginnings, the sellers have added 10 feet across the back of the home to accommodate a second bathroom and to increase the size of the master bedroom. This also made possible the expansion of the kitchen & breakfast area, and creation of an inviting Arizona room. Buyers will appreciate the upgraded kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops. Exceptional curb appeal and a contemporary look was achieved with the addition of stucco, just the right number of pop-outs and a handsome color palate. Impeccably maintained. The sellers have added plantation shutters inside and insulated "Roll-a-Shields" outside. There is a R/O system in the kitchen; the water softener was replaced in 2013. The ambience created by a covered patio, epoxied & fenced open patio, a fountain and impressive landscaping create a very special backyard setting for relaxing and entertaining.
