Listing details for 8614 E Vernon Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85257 : Dynamite South Scottsdale home that bears little resemblance to its original form! Huge master suite, complete with a remodeled bathroom and enormous walk-in closet. The home underwent a full, professional floor-to-ceiling remodel in 2011. The timeless updates/finishes still look brand new and on trend. At the time of the overhaul, gourmet kitchen with all the bells and whistles was installed, along with new tile flooring, new roof, new dual pane windows, new water heater, & more. About the only thing that was not replaced was the A/C ... so the current owners addressed that in 2015 by installing a new 5 ton Trane complete with all new duct work & smart thermostat! A patch of artificial turf was added to the backyard as well. Ideal location near Old Town and Loop 101. Hurry, this is a 10!
