Listing details for 814 E Desert Trumpet Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85048 : Wowy Zowy! From everything I have been told this is ''the cul de sac'' to live on in Ahwatukee. The Seller truly didn't want to leave because he loves his neighbors! This gorgeous hillside lot provides an incredible view from this very remodeled, both inside and outside, home. When the owner decided to list this he said I want the buyers to have peace of mind so he made sure to that! He already had a new air conditioner (Trane units installed 2015), new hybrid water heater, exterior painted, epoxied garage, new flooring, upgraded cabinets in kitchen and baths, dining area built in, travertine deck and high end pool remodel, gas fire pit, built in bbq, roman shades. He then went above and beyond and painted the entire interior, did a pre-inspection and took care of anything on the report that needed addressing....this house is ready for you to move in and enjoy the yard!!! 4 bedrooms upstairs (one oversized) plus a bedroom and full bath downstairs which is great for home office or next gen living. The master has its own retreat! Want a library, workout room, nursery, an extra office? This is the perfect space. The added bonus is the 2 way fireplace in the master that shares in the retreat! That's the inside. The outside is another marvel! All travertine decking, commercial quality misting system (serviced 2x per year so it works!), artificial grass (no mowing!) built in fire pit and BBQ, plus the remodeled pool with waterfall and extended patio covering makes it so easy to spend March through November on this very private hillside lot. Wait there's more! Wine fridge in kitchen, beverage fridge in great room, refrigerator in outdoor kitchen island, Kitchenaide fridge, patio TV, living room TV, downstairs bedroom TV, master TV and upstairs bedroom TV are all wall mounted (they are all Samsungs) and washer and dryer all convey. Have I got you excited yet??? Come check this home out!
