Listing details for 6209 E Mckellips Rd #31, Mesa, AZ 85215 : Welcome to Palmas Del Sol, one of the most sought-after 55+ communities in the area, where resort-style amenities meet a true sense of neighborhood. This 2b/2b home is a rare find for buyers who know where the real money goes in a home purchase. Forget cosmetic flips that hide aging systems behind new paint. This home is the opposite! The big-ticket items have all been handled: brand new roof (2024), new heater (2026), new AC, and the plumbing was completely gutted and replaced (2023), not patched. That's tens of thousands of dollars in work you won't have to think about for years. Some great upgrades as well: new washer/dryer (2025), fridge (2024), & RO system (2026). This kind of home in these communities don't come often!
