2150 W Marconi Ave Phoenix, AZ 85023

Listing details for 2150 W Marconi Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023 : When the owner of this property decided to have her new home built she had a number of requirements. among them were a good reliable builder like Pulte. She wanted the security and privacy that comes with a gated community and easy access to  I-17 and the 101 freeway. Once she found this community she started on her wish list for the home. An easy care lot with an open feeling was going to be hard to find--then she found this lot on the greenbelt and just for fun added the putting green.  The last time this floor plan,on the greenbelt, came on the market it lasted 2 days. As you walk through this home you will be impressed by the soaring ceilings as well as the the nice touches like the dual thermostats, Corian counter tops, upgraded window coverings and the stainless steel appliances. Be sure and check out all this community has to offer like the swimming pool, play grounds, basketball courts, picnic areas and the extensive walking paths. Note: the third bedroom is a bonus/game room option.
