0000 E Shiprock Rd Apache Junction, AZ 85119

Listing details for 0000 E Shiprock Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119 : Great parcel with beautiful views of the mountain and very nice homes surrounding it. AZ water on this corner and SRP power pole on the lot line. Buyer to perform due diligence regarding cost of setting water meter and bringing electric to build site. There is a septic on the lot - please consider this as a ''bonus'' septic. The slab on the property was the pad for the original owner's home and is small, so the chances of the septic being sized for a new home are slim (we are assuming 1000 or less) Concrete slab on the lot is a great spot for garage, storage building or RV parking. Concrete and septic were put on the lot by original owners who planned to build a home but ended up selling instead. Surrounding parcels are already built on, so you can see how protected your view is.
