Listing details for 000 W Mckellips Blvd #-, Apache Junction, AZ 85120 : This listing is for 2.5 acres on the far eastern end of the original parcel of 4.8 acres. Fantastic views of the Superstitions, Goldfields, and all across the Valley. Across McKellips from State/City land with no projection of development, just open space, recreation. Manufactured homes allowed. Come and get a piece of the open space with unbelievable views. Build your dream home and enjoy the open views and fresh air. Owner would sell a total of 2.5 acres along Saguaro & McKellips should you want/need more space. Water needs to be by well or hauled. I would suggest checking with Beaman Bros for water insight. They know this area. Septic required. This lot has been filled with extra dirt over the years. One wash to the west but not on this part of the parcel.
