Listing details for 2510 W Marlboro Dr, Chandler, AZ 85224 : On a County Island, this 2926 sf Hacienda Style Home with interior courtyard sits on a prime, 1.21 acre, cul-de-sac horse-property. Having had only one owner, this 1974 home may be ready for it's next incarnation. No imagination necessary, the layout is timeless and would allow the next owner to truly capture indoor/outdoor living. Two of the three bedrooms have private courtyards, hallways have windows with courtyard light and the main living rooms also open into the courtyard. This unique neighborhood of 1 acre-plus lots includes only 60 homes which are now a mix of the original custom rambling ranch estates and luxury new-builds. While only a 1/2 mile from the 101, it's quiet with tall tree-lined streets and dark starry-night skies. House and run your horses, grow a huge garden, jog in the shade of huge pine, jacaranda and mesquite trees. Live in the house as you develop your plan or bring your handy-man belt or your favorite contractor.
