1957 S 141st Pl Gilbert, AZ 85295

Listing details for 1957 S 141st Pl, Gilbert, AZ 85295 : Very rare opportunity to get horse property in Gilbert at a great price. This home is in need of repairs to the roof and ceiling due to a few leaks. The previous owner is elderly and could not do the required work. The home has living room, family room, formal dining, eat in kitchen, and three bedrooms. The home sits on just over a acre with some horse stalls in the back. Large shade trees on the West side block the hot afternoon sun to the house. Block construction and new a/c unit make this a good candidate for updating into a great home. Interior pictures to come after Estate sale.
