Blair entered the business upon graduating from Arizona State University and having a less than desirable experience with his Realtor when he bought his first home. He since went on to form his mission statement to help others achieve homeownership through a positive customer-service driven experience.
In early 2006, as the market was changing Blair forecasted a big change and entered the foreclosure business, assisting banks sell their assets (foreclosures/REO). Over the past few years, Blair formed The Blair Group, which has gone onto become one of the city’s and national recognized Realtors and Teams.
Blair continues to help individuals with their real estate needs. He has formed a short sale division with his team that assists homeowners in being educated about all their options. Often, the best choice is a short sale and his team are very successful at what they do.
